Car rental at Rabat–Salé and Casablanca airports: a pickup checklist
Arrange your airport car rental with a checklist for flights, meeting points, luggage, rental quotes and return plans at Rabat–Salé or Mohammed V.
Read the guide →A rental car can make it easier to combine stays in Rabat and Témara without arranging a separate ride for every journey. The useful first step is to decide where you want to collect the car and when you will return it. A low daily price is only part of the decision: the right vehicle and a clear handover plan matter just as much.
Tell the rental team whether you want office collection in Témara, another meeting point in Rabat, or airport pickup. Give both dates and approximate times. Ask whether returning the car at a different location is possible and whether it changes the quote. Cross Country’s office is in Galerie Mimoza, Résidence Mashaallah, Wifak, Témara; confirm the collection time before heading there.
An economy car can be a practical choice for a couple or a small group with modest luggage. If you have several large suitcases, ask about boot space before selecting a model. For a family trip, tell the team how many adults and children will travel and ask about any equipment you need. Do not choose an SUV simply because it looks larger: confirm that its actual seating and luggage space fit your plans.
Request the total for the full rental period. Ask separately about the deposit, pickup or delivery charges, fuel expectations and any additional driver. Clarify what protection is included, any excess you may be responsible for, and exclusions in the rental agreement. A deposit and a rental charge serve different purposes; ask how and when the deposit is released. Confirm the exact booked model or how an alternative vehicle would be handled.
Before sending a deposit or making a travel plan around the car, tell the team where your driving license was issued. Ask which original documents are required, whether any translation or international permit is needed for your situation, and what driver conditions apply. Confirm these details directly rather than relying on a checklist from another rental company.
At handover, walk around the car together, record its condition and note the fuel level. Confirm the return point, timing and the contact number to use if plans change. Keep the written quote and agreed terms available during your trip. A few questions before collection can prevent confusion later.
Send Cross Country your dates, pickup location, passenger count, luggage needs and preferred car. We will confirm availability and the applicable rental conditions. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a vehicle; wait for a clear confirmation from our team.
Tell us your dates, pickup location and preferred car. We will confirm the options and rental conditions.
